Exchanges and Returns
Thank you for shopping at Behe Concept!
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Please note: When an item is returned to the warehouse, it will be inspected and/or tested. If we find that it does not meet the return requirements, such as, but not limited to, having been washed, damaged, unsealed, activated, removal of original attached labels, damage to the hygiene sticker or any other situation that we consider the product to be unsuitable for resale, a refund cannot be made. In such a case, we will return the product to the customer and deduct the return shipping fee of 4.5 EUR from refunds for other items in the same order that have passed the quality inspection and are considered refundable. If there are no such items or if the refund amount is insufficient to cover the shipping fee, at your discretion, we will offer to bear the (remaining) cost of return shipping as a gesture of goodwill.
How to make an exchange/return
We ask that you send an email to geral.beheconcept@gmail.com with the subject "Exchange" or "Return" and the order number, using the purchase email.
You must indicate which item(s) you want to exchange/return as well as, in the case of an exchange, the new item and size for which you want to exchange your item.
